Bajranglal brings over 25 years of experience in Civil & Interior works, with expertise in luxury residential interiors, QSR outlets, corporate offices, conference halls, training centres, retail fit-outs, and turnkey projects. He has successfully executed a wide range of projects with a strong focus on quality, workmanship, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Driven by passion, commitment, and an entrepreneurial vision, he founded BLP Interior Pvt Ltd in 2014 to deliver high-quality civil and interior solutions. Under his leadership, the company has steadily expanded its capabilities, earning a reputation for reliable execution, attention to detail, and excellence across residential, commercial, retail, and corporate projects. His hands-on approach and dedication continue to drive the company's growth and long-term client relationships.

Praburam Srinivasan is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in residential, high-rise, industrial, retail, warehouse, and commercial projects. He has extensive expertise in civil engineering, interior fit-outs, turnkey project execution, and project management.
Before joining BLP Interior Pvt. Ltd., Praburam spent over 17 years with Aditya Birla Retail Limited (ABRL), where he led projects across India for retail outlets and warehouses. During his tenure, he successfully delivered over 800 supermarket stores (1.8 million sq. ft. of new retail space), renovated more than 2 million sq. ft. of retail space, and completed numerous warehouses, repacking centres, commissaries, and office projects.
In April 2024, he joined BLP Interior Pvt. Ltd. to further strengthen the company's portfolio and support its growth in civil, interior, and turnkey projects. His leadership and industry expertise continue to enhance the company's ability to deliver high-quality projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
